Vers une loi contre les discriminations capillaires en France ?
“Cette nouvelle législation ne réglerait pas tout”, prévient l'avocat Eric Rocheblave, spécialiste du droit du travail. “Il faudrait prévoir une disposition pour les cheveux longs, les cheveux courts, les cheveux frisés, les cheveux lisses, les chauves, les calvities, les coupes mulet, les coupes au bol… alors qu’il existe déjà une définition suffisamment large permettant d’englober toutes les discriminations relatives à l’apparence physique”, indique-t-il.
